Shipping & Local Pick Up

Shipping

All domestic (U.S.A) shipments are mailed through USPS. The STANDARD (1-4 business days) shipping fee during checkout is dependent on products and quantity. If customers spend over $100+ on their order, they are eligible for FREE SHIPPING.

XOXO KK BOUTIQUE does not offer international shipments at this time. 

Business days to ship are Monday through Friday. We do not ship during weekends and holidays. Due to COVID-19, there has been a delay in shipping orders. 

Shipping Information Mistake

If you have entered the wrong address for your order, you must contact us immediately via email at xoxokkboutique.com or directly message us through our socials @xoxokkboutique within 24 hours of purchase before receiving your tracking information.

We are not responsible for any packages being delivered to the wrong address. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
 

Estimated Delivery Time

Typically we process and ship orders the same day they are placed just as long as it's before 12PM CST. Orders placed after will be shipped the next business day.

Delivered in approximately 1-4 business days.

Please note that business days for shipping are from Monday – Friday only, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.
 

 

Local Pick Up (Maplewood,MN)

All local pick-up (Maplewood, MN) orders are FREE of charge. 

Typically we process orders the same day they are placed just as long as it's before 8PM CST. Orders placed after will be ready for local pick up the next business day.

XOXO KK BOUTIQUE will keep in contact via SMS or email with customers who choose the option of local pick up. 

Please note that business days for local pick up are from Monday-Friday: 8AM to 8PM only, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.
